Act 25 | Honduras

I felt perfectly justified in choosing to pass directly through Honduras on account of the growing political unrest (& impending elections) when the bus I was traveling on was stopped a distance from the El Salvador border along with all the other vehicles.

After a long wait we were told to walk to the border and board the bus of another company so as to complete the journey.

Given the chaos – there wasn’t opportunity for a stamp in my passport.

All up I spent five hours in Honduras – two more than expected - it was quite pretty.
